Testing of vehicles, assemblies & special measurements
Testing of the vehicles´ technical and driving properties such as:
- complex testing of the brakes of vehicles and trailers according to the EHK 13, including ABS
- determination of the vehicle centre of gravity and the static transversal and longitudinal stability
- verification of the railway profile and vehicle contour determination
- measuring of the vehicle weight and dimensions
- determination of the basic and road fuel consumption
- measuring of the driving forces and vehicle connectivity
- checking of speedometers and mileage indicator according to EHK 399
- tests of acceleration, cruising range, maximum and minimum speed
- determination of the off-road vehicle mobility parameters
- driving tests
- winch tests
- vehicle reliability and service life tests
- testing required for the approval of technical ability of the military and road vehicles

The Assembly and special measurements test site performs the following accredited tests:
- Aircraft propellers scrolling and persistence testing (up to 50kW)
- Measuring of the vibrations effects on the humans (any vibration sources inclusive the motor vehicles);
- Measuring of the external and internal noise, acoustic pressure, noise level at operator’s position and measurement for the needs of the noise description in the working and extra-working environment (any noise sources inclusive the motor vehicles, working and extra-working environment);
- Testing of means protecting against the from-behind-passing-under (rear protective devices);
- Contact temperature measuring;
- Tow bars testing;
- Side barriers testing;
- Testing of the personal protective equipment against the falls from a height and safety nets;
- Testing of the mechanical resistance of the objects, equipment and devices against the vibrations and shocks effects;
- non-destructive tensometric measurements within the strength and service life constructions testing;
- Physical quantities measurement - force, path, acceleration, pressure;
- Seismic ability testing (objects, equipments, devices).
