Complex team solutions in expert fields such as:
- Metallography, macroscopic documentation and analyses of macrostructures, metallographic analyses by means of the light and scanning-electron microscopy, quantitative metallography (image analysis; evaluation of micro purity, grain size and phase fraction; pinholing; microhardness; etc.).
- Scanning electron microscopy, image in the mode of secondary and backscattered electrons, image analysis in all modes, combination of both X-ray elemental and image analyses, fractographic analysis.
- X-ray elemental analytical methods, EDS from B (5) to Am (95), X-ray mapping, point analysis, linear analysis, planar analysis, special analytical programs.
- Mechanical tests – tension, pressure, bending and wedge tests, static-load fracture toughness testing, metal fatigue studies (low cycle fatigue, fatigue crack growth rate), impact bending test, dynamic fracture toughness test, Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness measurements, micro hardness measurement.
- Macroscopic documentation, technical documentation in situ, macroscopic documentation of objects (x0.3 to x100 magnification), black&white and colour copies.
- Special methods and procedures.
- Roughness and corrugation measurement with graphic output of Ra, Rq, RzDIN, Ry, Sm parameters including PC processing, measurements applicable both in laboratorial and operational conditions.
