Diving equipment testing
The test site is the only one in the Czech Republic that executes the conformity testing of the following personal protective equipment:
- Open-circuit self-contained compressed air diving breathing apparatuses according to EN 250
- Lifejackets with the inherently buoyant material according to ISO 12402-8 and EN ISO 12402-9
- Diving buoyancy compensators according to EN 1809
- Wet and dry diving suits according to EN 14225-1 and EN 14225-2
The test site also executes:
- Checking, maintenance, repairs and professional adjustment of the open-circuit self-contained compressed air diving breathing apparatuses according to EN 250
- Examinations of the steel pressure vessels for gases transport (air, nitrogen and carbon dioxide) of the volume up to 50 litres with the testing overpressure up to 59 MPa and the pressure vessels independent checking and cleaning
- Examinations of the steel pressure vessels for gases transport (air, nitrogen and carbon dioxide) of the volume up to 50 litres with the testing overpressure up to 59 MPa and the pressure vessels independent checking and cleaning
- For the department of MoD, the examinations of the road vehicles air vessels including the lifetime extension according to the SOTD MO obligatory instruction No.l/2000, with the possibility to provide this service at the customer’s facility
- Filling of the pressure vessels by the air with the air purity according to DIN 3188 and EN 12021
- Simulated diving to the depth up to 60 m both in the dry and wet part of the HS-60 hydraulic simulator (with the possibility to take a video record)
- Free diving to the depth up to 7 m in the diving tower (the diving can be performed over the whole year both in the HS-60 and in the diving tower too)
- Equipment and apparatuses resistance testing against the pressure up to the 0.6 MPa in air and in the water too
