The company plans to increase sales in 2022 by 20% compared to 2021 and to further increase the proportion of military production. The company’s strategic target is for military production to generate 50% of total sales by the end of 2025.
The second item on the agenda was information about the company’s preparedness for the project for the new tracked infantry fighting vehicle (TIFV), in relation to which VOP CZ is the strategic partner to the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.
The third item of the meeting was negotiation with representatives of the company’s trade unions.
The minister left satisfied and wished the company’s management much success in meeting the company’s strategic goals.
